11.7 Release Notes
This release includes new features, bug fixes, and enhancements to the product.
Important
Agent Version Support Changes
Support for version 10.11 agents ends on January 19, 2026.
SysTrack Snapshot API Deprecation
Support for the SysTrack Snapshot API for On-prem has been ended. This legacy API was used in earlier versions of Assist for ITSM. To ensure continued snapshot functionality, upgrade to Assist for ITSM version 4.2.
Cloud customers will continue to have support for the SysTrack Snapshot API until mid-to-late 2026.
Relative Path Deprecation for User-Context Scripts
To improve security, Collection Extensions and Automations configured to run in user context now execute from a temporary directory. This change in version 11.7 removes support for relative paths to SysTrack PowerShell module (SysTrackPS.dll).
Update your scripts to load SysTrackPS.dll using absolute paths or registry-based resolution. For details, see Loading SysTrack PowerShell Module in User-Context Scripts.

Sentiment Scoring for SysTrack AI Conversations
SysTrack AI now automatically generates sentiment scores for end-user conversations across Teams, Voice, and API-based integrations. These insights are surfaced in a dedicated sentiment dashboard, enabling deeper visibility into end-user experience. Pulse workflows are excluded. For details, see Sentiment Scoring for SysTrack AI Conversations.
Automations in Pulse Suggested by SysTrack AI
In addition to running approved automations manually from Tools and those tied to sensors in Detected Issues, SysTrack AI in Pulse now suggests and runs relevant automations based on the diagnostic session history. Automations are only recommended if the user has permission to run them. For details, see SysTrack Pulse Guide.
Automation recommendations rely on the descriptions provided for each automation. Review and update descriptions for any automations you create to ensure they are clear and detailed. This helps improve the accuracy of AI-driven recommendations.
For more updates, see Pulse Release Notes 2026.
Use SysTrack AI to create, curate, and grade automations, helping you organize and optimize your automation library. Contact your account representative for details.
Data Egress
Customers can now securely export their data from report (RPT) views, custom views, and system views in SysTrack for use in centralized analytics platforms. Data Egress supports daily, weekly, and monthly exports, and provides an automated pull-based model with webhook notifications and retrieval URLs. For details, see Data Egress.
Data Egress is a paid feature. Contact Lakeside representatives to learn more.
SysTrack DEX Analytics MCP Server for IT Engineers
You can now use a dedicated MCP server to run natural-language queries against tenant-isolated SysTrack Central datasets and return low-latency, structured results as downloadable CSV files. The new MCP server is stateless, does not manage conversation history, and is designed for advanced desktop and IT support engineers who need structured query results for investigations, escalations, and offline analysis. For details, see SysTrack DEX Analytics MCP Server Documentation.
Certificate Information Collection on Windows, macOS, and Linux
The agent now collects detailed information about digital certificates across Windows, macOS, and Linux, including expiration dates, trust status, and key metadata. This enhancement helps IT teams proactively identify expiring or untrusted certificates, improving security, compliance, and operational continuity.
Certificate data is not condensed by default because of its size. Customers can create a custom view or sensor to access this data.

New Privacy Setting to Disable External IP Lookup
A new option under Privacy in Inventory Management for configurations and roles in Configure > System Configuration allows you to stop the agent from collecting external egress IP addresses. When disabled, the agent does not make calls to IP-check services, reducing external traffic and avoiding alerts in environments where these domains are blocked. For details, see Privacy.

Enhanced GPU perspective in Resolve Black Box
The GPU perspective in Resolve Black Box now displays memory usage columns for Windows systems:
-
Dedicated Usage
-
Shared Usage
-
Total Committed
-
Local Usage
-
Non-Local Usage
Additionally, GPU-related columns—across Windows, macOS, and Linux—appear only when data is available to display. For details, see Dashboard Tool and Black Box Tool.
Pre-populated Automation Categories
Automation categories are now automatically prepopulated with sensor categories. When creating or editing an automation, users can select a category from this list or create a custom category. For details, see Create Automations and Edit Automations.
Accessibility Enhancements in Resolve and Dashboards
To meet WCAG 2.1.1 and 4.1.2 compliance, accessibility improvements have been made to ensure users with vision impairments can navigate and interact with UI elements. Sensor Category Details on the Resolve Overview page now include accessible roles and expand/collapse states for screen reader compatibility.
To meet WCAG 1.3.1 compliance, Resolve Black Box now includes permanently displayed labels for all Select Dataset drop-down lists. Each list now shows the label matching what screen readers announce.
To meet WCAG 1.3.1 compliance, the Dashboard Viewer page has been updated so screen readers can announce the state of the toggle favorite button, matching what visual users see.
Custom VU Validation
Custom VU creation now includes validation to ensure all required columns are present in the SQL statement. All VUs require WGUID, and “append” VUs require VWTIME (GETUTCDATE).
Domain Join Type Info Added to System Configuration Information RPT Table
The System_Config RPT table now includes columns that indicate how a device is joined to the domain.
.NET Version Detection Beyond 4.0 for Application Dependency Tracking in AppVision and Applications API
SysTrack AppVision now displays application dependencies for .NET runtimes beyond version 4.0.
The following Applications API endpoints have been updated to return .NET version details:
-
applications/runtimes/{applicationId}/system/{systemId}
-
applications/runtimes/{applicationId}/enterprise
The new response attribute dotnetver returns the .NET
version as a string or an empty value if not applicable.
For details, see API Reference.
Agent Upgraded to OpenSSL 3.5.5
The SysTrack Agent has been upgraded to OpenSSL version 3.5.5 to address known security vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Dual-Axis Dashboard Charts
Dashboard Chart objects now support a secondary Y-axis to better display data sets with different ranges on a single chart, with options to set labels and adjust minimum and maximum values. For details, see Define a Chart.
